Jasper and Pfaffenweiler became Sister Cities in 1985. The desire to explore our German roots and preserve the German heritage goes back many more years. Information concerning the exploration and preservations of our German heritage is presented in articles published in The Dubois County Daily Herald and found in research done by individuals.
